Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
This is our second home in Split, Croatia. This is where we can always offer non-simultaneous exchanges. It is a new building, the apartment is a penthouse on the 8th floor. It has two bedrooms. Master bedroom with a bed (160x200cm) and the second bedroom with one single bed (90x200cm) and a bigger bed (140x200cm). Baby crib is also available. The sofa in the living room is also a pull-out bed, so it could accommodate two more people. There is a balcony with a great view. The apartment also includes air conditioning!
Smoking is aloud only on the balcony.
Our two parking places are next to each other and can form one huge place for your single car, which is great. The elevator takes you from the 8th floor down to the garage. Having a car is great to for visiting Krka waterfalls, Solin (i.e. ancient city of Salona), fortress of Klis (a Game of Thrones filming location) or take a ferry and have a drive on island Brac or Hvar.

From our apartment you need a 15min walk or a 5min drive to the nearest beach - Žnjan (it's a beach with a huge parking lot!). The beach is also suitable for kids and offers several beach bars / restaurants. Long walks by the sea are also possible starting from that beach.
40min walk to the old town from the apartment. City bus stop is just in front of the building and several bus lines take you to the center/old town. One drive costs 11 HRK.

In our apartment we have a lot of stuff you might need for the beach (new big beach towels, toys, parasol etc.) and you are very welcome to use them.
For those who might be interested, on the ground floor of our big building is a McDonalds.
Supermarkets are of course also available a few minutes further down the street.
