Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Our home is constructed with historic Pennsylvania stone. It’s a wonderful space with plenty of room to hold inside and outside parties/brunches. We have a small backyard which is big enough to play soccer. Outside we have a basketball net and a ping pong table.

Of note, our home is positioned right off main road and there is no fence around our house. As such the house is best suited for families with children that are old enough to follow instructions not to run down the driveway into the street. Ideal for children in middle school and older.

In addition please note we have 3 indoor cats and 5 chickens (outside!) Ideally whoever stays here would be open to feeding these animals and helping with the litter box. We could provide extra payment for this. If the person is not interested We could work something out with outside people but that means the person would need to come into the house once daily to do this.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier

We live in Ardmore, PA. A suburb of Philadelphia. There is a Whole Foods and Starbucks one block away and a great park with a playground and tennis courts 2 blocks away. A 10 minute walk gets you to restaurants, a microbrewery and the Ardmore Music hall. In addition it is a 10 minute walk to two train stations that go to Center City Philadelphia (SEPTA R5 line) and one train station that has the Amtrak train to New York City.

As noted above we have 3 indoor cats and 5 chickens that could need your assistance while here. We could make an arrangement to have this taken care of by other people but that would mean someone would have to come inside once a day to feed the cats and clean litter boxes
