Our house has been renovated in 2018, so it is all very new. We made a two-apartment-house out of one big house and the parents of Olivia are living in the smaller apartment. The apartments are totally separated, only the main entrance and the washing machine is used by both parties.
On the first floor is the kitchen with all amenities such as stove, dishwasher, oven, steamer, coffee machine, as well as the living room and dining room and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the second floor are three rooms, one master bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and two kids rooms with a double bed each (140cm) and a bathroom with shower. Of course there are a lot of toys in each room.
In the basement is a cellar, a tool shed and the washing machine with the dryer.
There is one big terrace and a lounge outside, as well as the garden with a trampoline, a table to play ping pong, the area where they can play football and of course there are lots of toys to play with.

Düdingen is a village between Bern and Fribourg and has 7800 inhabitants with a very good infrastructure such as train station, bus stops, grocery stores, pharmacies, indoor pool, Minigolf, ice arena, ... Actually you can get all you need in Düdingen.
Düdingen is only 8km from the next bigger city, Fribourg and about 25km from Bern, the capital of Switzerland. We live very close to the area of the three lakes (Lake of Murten, Neuchâtel and Biel) and the mountains. Both sites are reachable within 20-30 minutes by car.
Also the bigger cities such as Zürich, Lucerne, Geneva and Basel are reachable within 1,5 hours by car.
