Also please pay attention, that there might be more noise in the apartment from time to time (especially early in the morning) from upstairs as there live family with small children.
Comfortable renovated vintage style basement-floor apartment in bohemian and popular Kalamaja district.
Apartment is housed in a recently renovated building and it consists:
• one small bedroom with 200 x 140 cm double bed
• living room with foldable sofa bed 200 x 140 cm, TV with different national and international channels
• fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, coffee maker
• bathroom with bath and shower, electric towel dryer, hairdryer, washing machine
Drying rack, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner are also available.
Apartment´s windows are faced to east and south in gated backyard, sometimes you can see even a cat sleeping right behind your window :)
Different booklets and books to plan your discovery trip in Tallinn and Estonia you will find in apartment, high-speed wireless internet is also ready to help you :)
The apartment has built-in gas boiler for heating system and hot water, it makes low noise in living room which is comparable for example to low ventilation sound in hotel room. Also there might be more noise from time to time from upstairs as there live family with small children.
Room temperature you can regulate comfortably by yourself by 4 different regulators in living room, bedroom and bathroom.
Free parking on the street near the house and on nearby streets. Only 300 m to the nearest tramway stop.
