Clean, comfortable and close to so many great places to visit! Indianapolis is the Crossroad of America. As such, we are within a few hours of Chicago, Warren Dunes state park at Lake Erie, Cincinnati, and a few more hours to St. Louis, Nashville, TN (home of country music) and Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio.

With beautiful mature trees, and quiet sidewalks, we are a peaceful, safe neighborhood and yet only minutes away from movie theaters, Castleton Square Mall, Keystone Mall, Geist Marina, Connor Prairie, Incrediplex! Many restaurants within an easy drive!

Our home has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and is on two levels plus a finished basement. We offer a master bedroom with two extra long twin beds that can easily be moved together for a king, a triple dresser and a highboy, as well as two night stands. The master bath has a shower and garden tub as well as double sinks in a granite counter top. Bedroom two features a queen bed, desk, chair, dresser and closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a dresser, chair, closet and night stand. The second full bath is just across the hall and has a combination shower/tub as well as double sinks in granite. Our 70" smart TV and multi-speaker stereo system can be enjoyed from two reclining leather couches. There is a smart washer and dryer in the laundry room as well as an iron and ironing board.
We have a lovely enclosed porch with the option of windows or screens, depending on weather, a large gas grill and an outdoor hot tub for up to four people. We also have a half bath on the main floor near the family room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a brand new glass top electric stove, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher and microwave as well as granite counter tops.
The family room boasts a wood burning fireplace. All windows are new, double-pane and have screens. Deadbolts on front and back doors for safety.
