Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Spacious, beautifully appointed home with 4-5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and stunning ocean views. The Master bedroom suite has a queen-sized canopy bed and a full bath with soaking tub and double-headed zero-entry shower. The children's bedroom has a single bed with lots of toys and books and a 3/4 bath next door. The office has a double futon bed. There is a "Rec Room" above the garage that has a TV area, double bed, double futon, and half bath. A fifth bedroom in the lower level can go with the main house or with the apartment, depending on the needs of our guests. There is a large kitchen with a bar-island, granite counter tops and ample counter space. The living room/ dining room has a cathedral ceiling and huge arched windows letting in lots of light and giving gorgeous views of the ocean. The large deck and most of the rooms have ocean views. Attached, heated garage. Radiant floor heat throughout the home plus a gas fireplace and heat pumps upstairs from supplemental heat or A/C. We have a friendly cat that we would ask you to feed.

We have a porta-crib available upon request. We also have a single jog-stroller. We have a couple of bikes (no baby seats) but don't use them much so can't attest to their condition!

We live on the crest of a hill in a small, quiet neighborhood. We are 10 minutes from the beautiful, artsy, progressive town of Belfast, 10 minutes from the maritime village of Searsport, 30 minutes from Camden, 45 minutes from Bangor, Ellsworth, and Rockland, 1 hour from Acadia National Park, and 2 hours from Portland. Come enjoy the beauty and tranquility of coastal Maine!
