Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
A private oasis in the heart of Boulder town. Easy access to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, Boulder Mountain, Calf Creek, Bryce Canyon National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, Bullfrog Marina at Lake Powell, and endless other opportunities for exploring the beauty of the southern Utah wilderness.
This home is a 400 sq ft Layton by Skyline park model trailer.
It features a private bedroom with a queen bed, a door to the patio, built in drawers, and a large closet (air mattress, extra linens/towels/pillows, and iron/ironing board are stored here, and there's still plenty or room for your clothes). There is a smaller closet that houses the stackable washer and dryer. There’s a walk through bathroom from the bedroom to the kitchen, with a real toilet and a tub/shower combo with skylight. The tub is pretty small for adults, but is great for children.
The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer and a 4 burner gas range and oven. It is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, spices, and small appliances (microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, etc).
The large living room has a full size futon (linens/blankets/pillows in the wood chest) and a dining table with 4 chairs. A sliding glass door opens onto your private patio with picnic table.
There is plenty of parking and easy pull through for boats, trailers, and motor homes.
The unit has central heat and a/c.
This is the only rental on the property. It is very private and peaceful.
The trailer is located on a private ranch. Please drive in slowly when pulling off the highway, and keep an eye out for tractors, 4 wheelers, trucks, and dogs. Please don't walk or drive on the road past the trailer.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Your little piece of heaven is easy walking distance to Hills and Hollows, our local gas station/health food/outdoor supply store.
A short drive or walk up the hill in the opposite direction will take you to the Burr Trail Grill (lunch, dinner), serving specialty burgers, salads, home made pie, and wine/beer.
Across the parking lot from the Grill you'll find the Burr Trail Outpost, a great place for coffee and pastries featuring local art, and also the hosts of our Saturday farmers/craft market.
Next door to the Burr Trail Grill and Outpost, on the grounds of the Boulder Mountain Lodge, is the award winning Hell's Backbone Grill (breakfast, lunch, dinner), featuring organic and locally sourced fare, beer, an extensive wine list, and cocktails.
Keep heading north on Highway 12 and you'll pass our town park, post office, and community center.
Just past the community center is Boulder's other gas station/store, Hall's, open since 1937!
Next to Hall's is the Anasazi State Park and Museum, the site of an Ancestral Puebloan (Anasazi) village, where one of the largest communities west of the Colorado River lived 1000 years ago. The museum houses a collection of artifacts, including arrowheads and pottery, and there's a fun replica of an ancient dwelling for the kids to explore.
Located in the Anasazi State Park and Museum parking lot, is the Magnolia's Street Food truck (breakfast, lunch), serving delicious tacos, burritos, and a variety of other seasonal offerings made with local ingredients.
There is one more local option for eating out, Sweetwater Kitchen, just a few miles out of town in Salt Gulch. Located in the main lodge of the Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch, Sweetwater Kitchen is a delicious farm to table restaurant. Local musicians are often booked on weekends, holidays, and their amazing Taco Tuesday.
