Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our house is very close to the center of Arendal. It is only a few minutes walk to Torvet, Pollen and Tyholmen. Nevertheless, our house is quietly located in a charming older residential area on a heath with a view of Tromøysund and Galtesund and the sea. We have a large garden with playground equipment (sandbox, several swings), apple tree to climb in and in the summer you can enjoy different berries. From the garden there is a shortcut down to the football field, also suitable for running. Furthermore, there is another exciting shortcut up to us, which is one of Arendal's historical bone roads.
There is a bathroom on the 1st floor with a toilet, shower and washing machine and dryer. There is bathroom no.2 on the 2nd floor with toilet and bathtub. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a small guest room: bedroom no. 1 has a 150cm wide bed, bedroom no.2 has a 120 cm bed, bedroom no.3 has a 120 cm bed and the guest room has a 120 cm bed.
Upstairs there is an open solution with kitchen and living room and several seating. Dining area by a large window where you have a view of Nesheia and Galtesund, the sea and Skilsøy. Here there are also two exits to the terrace. The terrace is facing south and west, so depending on the sun and wind direction, you will find a nice place to eat or sunbathe. At the stairs between the 1st and 2nd floor, it is not secured for small children as there are no railings, so please take good care of small children! But families with small children are absolutely welcome! It is possible to park in front of the house (driveway or in front of the garage). We have electric drum kits and electric guitars and basses for you to use.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Arendal is a very charming city in every way. Worth seeing the old town of Tyholmen, here there is the city museum Kløckershus. Take the glass elevator up and enjoy the view of the city and the sea, from here you can walk to our home in a few minutes. Many great cafes and eateries, we are happy to give tips on our favorite places. The Science Centre is exciting for the children. In the guest harbor there is a large swimming pool right by the city beach with a small beach. Barbupark offers great play areas, beach volleyball and a skate area. Åsenpark. Everything can be reached on foot.
In the summer, Arendal and the surrounding area is a paradise.
We would like to recommend nice beaches and hiking areas. Especially Spornes and Hove are nice places. If you do not want to use a car, the ferry goes to Tromøy and Hisøy and Merdø. Otherwise, Kristansand Zoo is approx. 40min by car. The Little Zoo in Brokelandsheia (large indoor rainforest) in the other direction is also worth a visit.

We would be very happy if you could feed our cats and give them fresh water every day, when you are in our house. The cats are outside a lot, everyone is lovely, cuddly and kind to children. The cats go in and out independently through a cat flap.
It would be great if you could water our houseplants and pots on the terrace. And if it's berries or fruit that are ripe, just eat them :-)
We do not smoke, and do not want smoking indoors.
