My Home is a tastefully decorated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment on the main channel in Marina Del Rey, CA. My style is uncluttered and clean with a "beachy theme". The bedroom has a romantic Iron framed King size bed. There is a 55" flat screen TV on the wall with Apple TV in the Bedroom. The living room has a large, white leather sectional, which at least one person can sleep on. The living room looks out onto a large, private patio with a comfortable couch and a BBQ grill. The sofa faces a fireplace with a 65" flatescreen TV above it with Roku and Sound Bar. Divine evening entertainment!! I have a small dining area with a table and chairs, and a small kitchen with all amentities to cook a gourmet meal. The building has so many amenities, Its like a resort. 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a gym with sauna. A cafe and pool table on site. Very quiet and surrounded by trees!! A short walk to the water's edge.

I live in one of the most visited and sought after neightborhoods of Los Angeles, CA. I live in Marina Del Rey and my apartment is a 10 min walk to the sandy beach!! You can Kayak, bike, SUP or Surf right here! You can Uber or walk to several bars and restaurants. Safe, clean and very high end! I am in the same neightborhood as the Ritz Carlton hotel. You can bike to the famous Venice Beach and Santa Monica Beaches! Surf Fun, Beach Heaven!
