A great location only 100m away from stunning Clifton Beach, and only 30min from central Hobart. Our coastal cool house has a relaxed beach vibe with a full renovation done over the past few years. Open plan large kitchen, dining and living room and a separate sitting room with fireplace. Spacious, yet cosy home with a fully enclosed yard with trampoline for kids in the very best coastal suburb. Fully landscaped with coastal garden and entertainment areas along with an outdoor Hot Tub. Master bedroom has the best King sized bed with en-suite. Main bathroom has shower and large soaker tub. Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three a single bed. Explore all that Tassie has to offer or just kick back at Clifton Beach, surfing, swimming and checking out all the local beaches. Or if you visit in winter we have underfloor heating and enjoy sitting by the wood fire with a superb Tassie wine.
