Our home is a beautiful family cottage with modern amenities. The best thing about it is that even if we live there all the time, it makes us feel like we're somewhere on holiday. It's maybe all the greenery around it and the pool in summer, or the fire place and snow in winter.
The living area is situated at the first floor at has direct acces to the main garden area. Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entrance is at the groundfloor, where we also have a space where the kids play while the dad is keeping in shape exercising on a rowing machine :)

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
The house is located in a residential area in the country side, 15 minutes away from the center of Lausanne. In just 2 minutes away, you cand find access to public transportation, a very nice kid-friendly restaurant&bar, bakery, butchery, and also you can enter a little forest for a walk along the stream during the hot days.
In summer, in addition to the pool, guests can go take a swim and enjoy the activities around the lake Leman which is 20 minutes drive to Lausanne, or around lake Neuchatel which 30 minutes drive to Yverdon.
In winter, and if you enjoy skiing, the nearest ski resorts are located at 50 minutes drive (Champery, Leysin, Chatel FR).
In summer, in addition to the pool, guests can go take a swim and enjoy the activities around the lake Leman which is 20 minutes drive to Lausanne, or around lake Neuchatel which 30 minutes drive to Yverdon.

The pool is covered by a telescopic roof, therefore 100% kid safe when not in use. In addition to bringing security, the pool roof also maintains the water between 27-29 degrees in summer, so perfect even for small kids to swim in it.
There are plenty other entertainment options for kids in the garden and inside, such a sand box, ping-pong table, bicycles and other toys.
There is a terasse with a sofa lounge one one side of the pool, while on the other there's a covered pool house with 2 bbqs (one coal and one gas), where you can enjoy eating outside.
Behind the house, you can relax with your favourite book in one of the 2 hammocks hanging in the shadow of the trees.
