Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Our home is open, airy and spacious with lots of windows looking out toward a park-like hillside where we regularly see deer and other wildlife.. There is a professional chef’s kitchen with a six-burner range and two ovens. The upstairs master bedroom had a queen-size bed and its own bath. The other two bedrooms share a bath. One bedroom has a full-size bed and the other has two twins. The living room is spacious with comfortable leather sofas and large TV. There is a formal dining room with an attached reading area. The master suite downstairs has a queen bed, private bath, kitchenette and its own entrance. It can also be accessed from upstairs. It also has a very comfortable living room with TV.

The upper deck has a wood-burning pizza oven, grill and outdoor kitchen with dining area and lounge; perfect for late afternoon or evening cocktails. Large downstairs covered patio has an outdoor fireplace where you can gather for cocktails, entertaining or dining.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier

Quiet and older residential area with friendly neighbors. Twenty-minute walk to downtown Napa to enjoy numerous restaurants, wine bars, shopping and entertainment including theater, galleries and museums. We are a short drive to many Napa Valley wineries. We are also very close to other wine growing regions. We can easily arrange tours and VIP wine tastings.

For those seeking outdoor activities we are five minutes away from a world-class golf coarse. There is also tennis, biking, hiking kayaking and horseback riding in the area.

Lake Tahoe and Yosemite are about a 3.5-hour drive. San Francisco is a one-hour drive from Napa Valley.

There are three international airports that are all about a one-hour drive: San Francisco International, Oakland International, and Sacramento International.
