We are mother and daughter in our 60's and 30's with a shy domestic.
Where we live:
Sanlucar is a city with an important historical and artistic heritage, which still preserves an authentic taste of Spain, here you will be able to enjoy our traditions just like if you were one of us.
Great weather, large white-sand beaches, unique settlement on the shores of the Atlantic ocean and the Guadalquivir river. Just in front of the biggest Natural Park in Europe: Donana.
The geographical location of the city is really a privilege. There are important cities and many interesting places to visit within an hour's drive from Sanlucar: Jerez, Cádiz, White towns of Andalusia, Sevilla, some archaeological sites and national parks...
Our house:
It is a detached house, built in a 500m2 plot. It is 12 minutes’ walk from the city center : you can either go by walk, cycle lane or bus (the nearest bus stop is only 50m from the house.
It is located in one of the best residential areas in the city, a 5-10 minutes’ walk from the beach. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, yet you will find in less than 250metres : a coffee shop/bakery, pharmacy, vet, supermarket, restaurants, laundry, hairdresser...and some more.
This is a one-storey house, fully furnished & equipped and has a big garden with automatic irrigation, leafy trees and a beautiful porch.
Is has a big kitchen, bright dining & living room with a fireplace, 3/4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with renewed shower and the other with bath). It also has a private garage (street parking is easy), a cleaning lady (upon request), WIFI and of course you can use books/DVD / bike/barbecue/washing machine) for free.
We are pet friendly: Small pets allowed.
