Our home is a happy busy family home. Its a lovely space with lots of room indoors and out that we like to play and relax in as a family. The hallway leading from the front door still has the original Victorian tiled floor and decorative cornices. In the front room you will find a cosy log burner, comfortable sofa and seating with TV and vinyl stereo system. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave and incorporates a large dining table and breakfast bar with everything you will need to start the day ahead. The spacious extension leading from the kitchen has warm underfloor heating throughout, extra large velux windows, a glass oriel window seat which you can hop in and relax and bi fold doors which open up into the spacious patio area and garden where you can enjoy views of the historic hill Trencrom Hill. There is a large play slide which children can zoom down from the patio as well as a trampoline, football goal , slack line and monkey bars also several swings to keep them entertained. The hill is a short drive away from the house. A moderate 15 min trek to the top of the hill will offer you incredible views of both the north and south coasts of Cornwall.
Bluetooth speakers are built into the ceilings of the kitchen, living area and bathroom so you can enjoy music throughout if you wish. The morrocan tiled bathroom includes a spacious shower area and free Standing iron bath.

We live in the heart of a beautiful rural village with a warm and welcoming community close to the coast and lots of Cornwall’s beauty spots. There is a beautiful river walk from our doorstep which conveniently loops round to a quiet and cosy 17th century pub which serves home cooked food. The village also has a corner shop which provides essentials. Both the pub and shop are a few seconds walk from the house.
The beautiful beaches of Hayle are only 2 miles from the house. With Godrevy lighthouse only a little further along the coast. A 15 minute walk or 1 mile drive from the house is St Erth train station where you can ride the famous St Ives branch line heralded as one of the most scenic and beautiful train journeys in the UK. The 15-20 minute train journey hugs the Cornish coastline from St Erth to St Ives passing a migratory estuary , golden sands and delivering you right in the heart of the world famous St ives! There is a park and ride at the station where you can park for under 5 euros per day.
