I would like to inform you that main house has 4 suites. The house also has an external chalet with 2 suites.
The configuration of the suites in the House:
Ground floor
1 Suite - 3 Single Beds + 1 Single Bed (Sleeps 4)
1 Suite - 1 Double + 1 Single (3 People)
1st floor
1 Suite - 1 Double Bed (2 People)
1 Suite - 3 Single Beds + 1 Single Bed (Sleeps 4)
The Chalet Configuration:
1 Suite - Double Bed (2 People)
1 Suite - 2 Sofa Bed with 2 Single Beds and 1 Single Bed (5 People)
I would also like to point out that the house has a staff member, to maintain the garden area which is very large (1,800m2 land) and swimming pool. He also knows the whole operation of the house and if you need support he can help you.
Another detail is that the energy bill is charged separately. At the time of check in will be shown the energy meter and at the time of check out will be identified the amount of kilowatt consumed x R$ 0.90 (amount charged per kilowatt / utility). This measure aims to avoid wasting energy.
