Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our apartment is very comfortable, with open views from all the rooms, large living spaces for Singapore standards, and amazing facilities in the condominium. For your children, you will enjoy a nice playground and great swimming pools (note there are works going on at the moment on one of the pools, but the largest pool and the wading pool are accessible). And for the parents, gym, BBQ pits, tennis courts and one squash court.
The condominium is truly family friendly, and the area is quiet but close enough to the buzz of the city centre.
We have 1 large master bedroom with double bed and dependent bathroom, and 2 children bedrooms + 1 independent bathroom:
- 1 bedroom is with a single bed and a child-sized bed
- the other is with a baby crib and a day-bed that can be converted to double bed (however quite impractical to have the crib in there if you want to use the double bed).
We also have an additional travel baby cot if necessary.

We live in the River Valley area, which is very well connected to CBD and touristic areas (Museums, Orchard road, Raffles place, Tiong Bahru, Chinatown, MBS) with many buses passing right by the condo, and a new metro line that opened a few months back only a few minutes walk away.
It is set in a location with lots of services close by - shopping centers, spa and massage places, cinema, restaurants...
You can also enjoy a nice walk along the canal that runs behind the estate, which will lead you to restaurants areas (Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay) and eventually the central touristic area of Singapore.
