Welcome to our place located in the country side in a small village called the "village of Paul "(Pavlova Ves)
A quiet and peaceful place surrounded by hills, forests and valleys...... breathing in nature and plenty of fresh air!
It's the ideal spot for a great outdoor, healthy and active holliday! More than ever before it's so important to use our holiday time wisely!
When you come and visit my place I want you to feel at home and experience the peace and tranquility that my small Eden has to offer, enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere!
For home-exchange I offer a 4 persons-apartment in my country guesthouse ( see the added pictures of the apartment-fully equipped with all the necessities to ensure a pleasant and convenient stay) The apartment has 2 bedrooms, livingroom with a small kitchen and a bathroom. Sufficient room to accomodate up to max. 4 people!
You can enjoy sunbathing or have a nice picnic in my lovely garden that has an open fire and grill corner, a small playground. We also have some exotic birds & animals and a herb garden. My old barn has been converted into a unique and cosy social meeting place, where you can relax, enjoy your morning breakfast, dinner, read a book or surf on the internet (free WiFi 24h.) The fresh and clean mountain-air will guarantee you a good night rest and keep your respiratory system healthy !
Take a break from the noise and the business of the city and the traffic, here you find peace, rest, quietness and the beauty of the Slovak country side. My place is surrounded by nature! (check out my attached personal pictures )

OUR HOME IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTRYSIDE BETWEEN THE HIGH AND LOW TATRA MOUNTAINS AND THEREFORE AN IDEAL BASE FOR HIKING, BIKING AND EXPLORING THE LIPTOV AND TATRA REGION IN THE NORTHERN PART OF SLOVAKIA. OUR REGION IS KNOWN AND FAMOUS BECAUSE OF ITS NATURAL BEAUTY AND THE SEVERAL THERMAL SWIMMINGPOOLS WHICH ARE OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND. NEAR OUR HOME YOU CAN ALSO FIND ONE OF THE BEST AND BIGGEST SKI RESORT IN EUROPE " JASNA CHOPOK SKI RESORT" WHICH MAKES IT AN IDEAL PLACE TO SPEND YOUR WINTER HOLIDAY! OUR REGION IS A REAL HIKING AND BIKING PARADISE ASWELL!
Definitely you will be amazed by the natural beauty that our region (Liptov) has to offer. Here you'll find numerous National Parks with all kinds protected wildlife, numerous Unesco listed monuments, Museums, Mountains, lakes, valleys, waterfalls, caves and not to forget the famous healing waters and springs of the Thermal Swimmingpools in our region. My house is located in a small and picturesque country-village called the village of Paul (Pavlova Ves) not far from the Lake Liptov Mara and one of the biggest Aqua and Thermal park in Europe > Aquapark Tatralandia.
At a 15 km distance you can also find one of the best and biggest Ski Resort in Central Europe-Jasna Chopok. I offer my guests discount on Skipass and entrance to the Aquapark. My home is surrounded by mountains, hills and forests. (as you can see by the personal photo's that I have added, home, garden and surroundings) This region is a true paradise for those who love skiing, cycling, off road and downhill biking, hiking, climbing, swimming, fishing or just relaxing.

Due to high season during the summer and winter hollidays I am not always able to exchange my home. So in general during the high season our apartment is only available for rent!
