Our home is a traditional Victorian house in a quiet neighbourhood, only a 15 minute walk into the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds.
We are only 1hr30m from London by car and only 45 minutes from Cambridge. We are also less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and less than an hour to Stansted Airport making it an ideal base for trips to Europe.
Our house is a family home with 3 double bedrooms and a child's bedroom which is currently set up for a baby with a cotbed. On the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen and dining room, cosy living room and a downstairs bathroom. The back doors open out onto a patio area and garden with additional BBQ area, shed for storage and parking for 2 cars at the back.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with Super King bed, babies room and bathroom with heated flooring. The two additional double bedrooms are located in the loft and cellar, which have been fully converted.
We have wonderful neighbours who are always on hand should you need anything and my family also live close by.
