Please note: the house is most likely NOT available this summer (2021).
4 days is a good amount of time to get to the island and settle in. (Also for us to vacate, if we're using the home.) I'm particularly keen to a swap with an apartment or home in Boston or Cambridge (close to Harvard), for the months of September, October and even early November 2025, which could be simultaneous or non-simultaneous.

Charming, cozy and very comfortable Vineyard/Oak Bluffs guest house. Bedroom upstairs, full kitchen, and bathroom, downstairs. Best for a couple or a couple with a child. Steps to the water and a great swimming beach. Also a short walk (10 mins) to all the great dining and activities in Oak Bluffs.
The house is not our main home and is thus set up for guests (clutter-free). We will consider guest points, but prefer an exchange (even if it's not at the same time). There is a $175 cleaning fee requested.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Oak Bluffs, MA is one of the towns on Martha's Vineyard. Beautiful all year long and a hub of activity and events in the summer. Great beaches, bike riding, walk to everything (the harbor, the ferry landing, the restaurants in town). There's a fast-speed ferry that leaves from NYC and delivers you to the Oak Bluffs harbor, which is about a 10 minute walk from the house.
There's a park nearby (for kids as well as tennis, basketball) and a bike path that runs along the edge of the island into Edgartown. Great public transportation as well as a parking space for your car, though you don't need one to get to the house from the Oak Bluffs ferry, or to the beach or restaurants in town.

We are open to points as well as reciprocal exchanges. We could exchange times during the summer when the house is open/available, including the (best time of year) shoulder season (September is especially gorgeous). June is also a great time to be on the island.
You will find the house clean, and a cleaning crew will arrive after your stay (house must be returned in condition it was received, basically 'broom' cleaned/free of trash). There is a $175 fee for the cleaning service.
Quilts and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own linens (sheets and bath towels). We can also recommend an on-island linen rental supplier, if you'd prefer.
