We live in an access controlled safe and secure estate. It's very quiet and peaceful with beautiful gardens! The estate is very big with 4 shared swimming (1 heated indoor) pools, tennis courts , table tennis etc.
We love the peacefulness and tranquility of living here. Our home is warm and welcoming, with an open plan kitchen and lounge. Lots of birds, fauna and flora and lovely to walk around in the estate bird watching.
We have all the digital amenities of Netflix, DStv, YouTube premium, Showmax and Redbull TV to fullfil all your daily internet and series fixes.
We have one of the best hiking spots in the world, between 1km and 8km down the road from us, depending on where you start and what intensity walk or hike you want to do.

We live 5 minutes from Hillcrest and Waterfall, 10 minutes from Kloof, 30 minutes from Durban(beach).
Shopping centres in all the previous mentioned places. Beach in Durban.
And some amazingly beautiful hikes in the Kloof gorge which is literally on our doorstep, not more than a 3min drive (short walk/run) to one of the best hiking/walking spots in the world.
Cotswold downs golf Estate is 1km down the road and is an unforgettable course for the golfers, one of the bucket list courses in South Africa. A must play !!!
There are numerous restaurants within 8km and incredible lunch restaurants overlooking the 1000 hills route, not more than 15km away, which is famous for the Comrades marathon, which is the largest and oldest Ultra-marathon in the world, run each year in South Africa.
There is an amazing market held every Saturday morning, around 16 km away where you will find 100s of stalls and a huge beer hall , where you can get your early morning Gin and beer fix, amongst all the delish treats and food stalls.
There is Go-carting and a cinema within 3.2km.
There is also a big dam which is only around 9km away as the crow flies, however it's around 20km away by car due to the hills you need to manouver down and through ... This is the perfect place where you could spend the day on a lazy booze cruise.
