A new modern clean 2 story house on papamoa beach Mount Maunganui ,New Zealand.
One large en-suite bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs with bathroom and access to a garden. We are surrounded by upmarket architectural homes in a private beachfront development.
We use natural gas for hot water ,cooking and fireplace.
Plenty of cookbooks in the house and a great kitchen.

a favorite holiday destination for kiwis for decades for the beaches, events and sunshine.
The Bay of Plenty name was given by Captain Cook when he sailed into the bay finding abundance of fish, timber and resources.
The second largest Port is here for import/export and horticulture especially kiwifruit and avocado is grown in the region.
Handy supermarket,gastro pub and great cafe across the road. A 4 minute walk! and a beautiful stretch of beach in front with view to the Mount.
10 minutes to the local airport with daily direct flights to Auckland ,Wellington and Christchurch international airport should you like to visit the South Island during your stay! Connections from Christchurch to Queenstown or via Auckland to the rest of the country.
A short ride to the heart of upmarket but laid back Mount Maunganui for boutique shopping, restaurants, hot pools and surfing (schools).
Our NZ version of Noosa Australia. Great climate and friendly relaxed vibe.
Lots of events over summer, international cricket,marathons and concerts, fishing trips ,boating and 5 golfcourses.
Bayfair mall is a 5 minute drive.
Rotorua is 45 minutes away by car should you like to visit one of the 18 lakes ,fish for trout and experience Māori culture or a lakeside picknick.
Very popular destination for:
Mountain biking /walking in the Redwoods forest or visiting the many geothermal wonderlands and lakes.
Taupo 20 min from Rotorua another 60 minutes for skiing in national park or hike the famous Tongariro Alpine day walk .
Hobbiton (lord of the rings)is a mere 30 minutes from our house so is the Coromandel peninsula with its pretty beaches 2 hours. So much to do!!
There are 5 golf course in the vicinity , a marina with several charters to take you out on a fishing trip or swimming with dolphins and guarantee you will see lots of dolphins.
walking the base track around the "Mount" is a must and Oscar the Seal is often sunning itself on the rocks. Little Blue Penguins have nesting burrows here aswell. Farmers and craft markets
