Our home is located in the center of the very popular, Plano, TX. It is a classic one-story ranch-style home with an incredible backyard that features a large pool with a diving board, spa, brand new artificial turf play area, grill, pergola, fire pit, and comfortable seating area. Our home features 3 bedrooms + a den and would be very comfortable for a family of 4 or 5. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, the guest room has a queen-sized bed, the kids room has a twin bed + a twin trundle bed so 2 kids can sleep in that room. The den has a couch/ futon that will fit a teenager or small child. We have recently renovated the entire home which includes beautiful hardwood floors, an open kitchen with quartz countertops, two and a half fully updated bathrooms, and views of the swimming pool throughout the home. The main bathroom has a full-sized custom round tub and separate shower and the second bathroom has a tub/ shower combo that is good for kids. We use the den as a playroom and TV room and is filled with lots of toys and activities for the little ones.

The home is located within a short drive of many key sites including the Legacy West shopping district, public pools and waterparks, The Dallas Cowboys training facility, downtown Plano and some of the best Asian and Mexican restaurants in the country. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as a public park with a playground with soccer fields very close by. Most of the main Dallas attractions are a short 20-30 min drive including the Dallas Museum of Art, SMU, The George Bush Presidential Library, and the Sixth Floor JFK Museum. The minor league Frisco Rough Riders baseball and FC Dallas Soccer stadiums are also about 15 minutes away. Whether you have always wanted to see Texas, love a sun and pool day, or are traveling to participate in one of the many competitive sports leagues, you will find something fabulous in the area.

We charge a $160 cleaning fee that goes directly to our cleaner for any point exchanges. We do not allow guests to heat the pool due to the complicated nature of our system and the time it takes. We have a 2020 Santa Fe that we would be open to exchanging with a reciprocal exchange for a vehicle on a case-by-case basis.
