Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our family home is nestled in the South Down drumlins, just four miles from the rural market town of Banbridge and the A1 carriageway between Belfast and Dublin.
Situated up a long lane off the road, we have abundant outdoor space. We pour much of our leisure time into our vegetable garden and welcome guests to enjoy the food it provides.
Built just over twelve years ago, our house is bright and airy with open plan living and enjoying views across the Mourne Mountains and Slieve Croob.
The house is split into three connected blocks in an Irish clachan style. The main living space is all open plan with a generous kitchen and pantry, dining and living space with wood burning stove. Leading out of this space is a spiral staircase which takes you up to our family tv loft and study desks.
The second block houses the master bedroom with superking bed, ensuite and views out to the vegetable garden.
The back return block has a bathroom downstairs and playroom which also doubles as a spare bedroom with daybed which pulls out into a double. Upstairs are a further two bedrooms with queen-size and single beds, sharing a small shower room.
We are happiest when our house is full with the laughter of our friends and their children and from that love, we spent our lockdown 2020 time building our beloved 'Shack', a covered barbecue and dining area with Kamado Joe and seating for as many friends as you can gather up!

Rural location in the Bronte Homeland, perfect for accessing the incredibly beautiful Mourne Mountains, Castlewellan and Tollymore forest parks, Murlough Beach and many other beautiful natural areas. If you're a Game of Thrones fan - we're just 3 miles away from the Studio tour and very close by to many of the film locations.
Banbridge is a busy market town, with many independent shops filling the main street and a choice of great coffee shops. Solitude Park has a tremendous playpark, with the River Bann flowing past. On the outskirts of the town is the shopping outlet, The Boulevard, with a new cinema and a number of great eating spots. Also, coming soon to our town is the Game of Thrones visitor centre!
We are just 30-35 minutes away from Belfast, where you can visit the Titanic museum, St George's food market and the many other attractions our awesome little city boasts.
The North Coast is also accessible for a day trip, being just over an hour and a half away. There you can visit the Giants Causeway and the many incredible beaches.
