If you prefer, our concierge will help you hire a personal chef who will come to the condo and prepare a delicious meal. Alternatively, treat yourself to any one of the top-rated restaurants within Quivira. As a Quivira guest you get a 10% discount. For your convenience, this condo also includes a full washer and dryer including laundry detergent, iron and ironing board.
The Spacious, professionally decorated bedrooms provide a tranquil comfortable retreat. Enjoy spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from the king size bed in the spacious master bedroom, queen size bed in the second bedroom, and twin beds in the third bedroom. This last one, also offers a work-friendly area with desk and chair. Each one of the 3 bedrooms has its own private full bathroom. With double sinks, separate shower, and separate toilet room.
There is a 55" Smart Samsung flat screen TV in the living room and also Smart 55" Flat screen TV’s in the Master bedroom and second bedroom. All smart TV’s are ready and connected to the internet so you can use your Netflix or other favorite subscription entertainment Apps you may have for your enjoyment. Walks along the Pacific Ocean are highly recommended. The beaches are wide and beautiful to walk on. However, The undertow can be quite strong, so we do not recommend swimming in the ocean. Although you can take the shuttle to Rose or Blanco Resorts in Downtown, where you can not only use their restaurants, pools and private beaches, but also safely swimming off its beautiful white sandy beaches.

The accommodations will be clean on your arrival and must be returned in a suitable condition. I do not ask our guests to clean before departure, simply to respect the premises, the community, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
We just ask you to Please treat our home like it was your own! or better! And to also try and be considerate on the reasonable usage of all utilities, especially electric and water.
