Large, luxurious 3 storey home in Dublin! Is your ideal holiday adjacent to all public transport giving fast access to the city, but also close to sandy beaches, rolling hills and the countryside that Ireland famous for? This is just the place!

The location of this home is ideal for travellers who want to enjoy the buzz of city living, but want easy access to some of Ireland's most beautiful heritage sites, such as Wicklow, Dalkey and Killiney. The house is adjacent to the Luas Line (Dublins rail/tube system) which brings you directly into the city centre in 30 minutes and on all major bus routes. With Dublin City centre a tram ride away, it's amazing to be able to escape the hustle of the centre of Dublin and enjoy the fresh air and spectacular views of the Dublin mountains. I love that within five minutes drive you can be on a spectacular beach, enjoy surfing, sailing and paragliding, climbing the Sugar Loaf or on the road to exploring the mountains of Wicklow and Wexford.
The house offers exquisite views of, and easy access to, Killiney Hill (where Bono lives!) and the Dublin mountains, with Killiney beach and Dun Laoghaire a short drive or bus ride away - perfect for sailing, surfing, paragliding and other water sports. The wonderful suburban villages of Dalkey, Foxrock and Bray are also a few minutes away and offer a host of restaurants, pubs, cafes, galleries, theatres, parklands, cinemas and shopping streets!
The Aircoach (a luxury airport coach service with wifi) is a one minute walk from the property, ensuring that your journey to and from the airport is affordable and relaxed! The M50 motorway is a three minute drive - and offers a fast track road to every county in Ireland - without the slog of sitting in city traffic to reach it! The LUAS line (rail system) is a five minute walk and brings you to the centre of the city (Grafton Street) in 30 minutes There are numerous bus routes operating from right beside the house - these will bring you to the city centre in 20-30 minutes and to less central, but equally charming little villages locally.
