Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We have a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 living room home. Our house is 2700 square feet (250 m²), single-level, has excellent AC, and a laundry room with washer & dryer. Our property is on a third acre, so great backyard space!
We have a master bedroom with its own bathroom. We have a super comfy memory foam king-sized bed in the master. The kids' bedroom has a brand new bunk bed; full size bed on bottom, twin bed on top. The third bedroom is another kid bedroom with twinkly lights canopy bed! We also have a fourth bedroom, set up as a den/office with a queen sized pull out bed. Ideally, we will switch with a family with children!
We have super fast wifi for you to use, a big 75" UHD 4K TV in the living room & a 55" LED TV in the den. We love to cook so our kitchen is fully stocked with tons of gadgets, utensils, and cooking gear. We have a fenced backyard with lots of shady trees and greenery. There is a play structure, a play house, swing and other fun outdoor games; plus a nice deck with table & chairs, and Adirondack chairs.
Being in the center of Santa Rosa, we're surrounded by Sonoma County's best wineries and within an easy drive to Napa's world-famous wine region, so it's perfect for wine lovers! If you like beer, we're a quick drive to some of Sonoma's best microbreweries, including the world-famous Russian River Brewery.
Within a half hour you can reach the Russian River Recreation Area (swimming, fishing, camping, canoeing), Armstrong Redwoods State Park, Annadel State Park, the beach, several local museums and theaters, Sonoma State University, and hundreds of hiking and biking trails. Under an hour's drive you can reach San Francisco, Muir Woods National Park, Napa Valley, and Mendocino County.

We live in a nice, upper class residential neighborhood of Rincon Valley in Santa Rosa. Our street is quiet, neighbors are fantastic, and we live very close to the scenic Brush Creek walking path. A shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants, etc. is only 0.4 miles away. We are 2 miles from a wonderful shopping center with plenty of cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and a grocery store. Downtown Santa Rosa, with even more charming cafes, restaurants, breweries and boutiques, is only 3 miles away. Downtown is also the site of Santa Rosa's weekly Wednesday Night Market, where they shut down the streets and fill them with food trucks, a farmer's market, live music, and craft stands. Less than 10 minute drive from several parks, hiking and mountain biking trails, fishing, jogging trails, wineries, microbreweries, movie theaters, and tons more. We absolutely love our neighborhood and the location of our home!

We have 3 cats and some chickens in the backyard. One is over-the-top friendly, she's basically a dog, and the other two are more typical nice kind of cat. The cats usually go elsewhere during exchanges, but if you'd prefer, the cats could stay. Our house is ideal for children.
