My home is named Mi Nuevo Paraiso. Or my new Paradise.
It is a beach cottage style home. Cute vrs. luxurious. But I have all the amenities you will need to make you stay cozy and convenient.
After losing my home in Paradise, California in the Camp Fire of Nov. 2018 I moved from the state of California where I was born and raised and found my new Paradise in Port Charlotte!
My manufactured home is located in a over 55 gated Community in the Central Gulf Coast of Florida. There is one pool designated for children under 14.
My community offers tennis,golf,pickle ball,shuffleboard,miniature golf, restaurant, club with a bar And Happy Hour on Tuesday’s, 4 swimming pools,2 jacuzzis, four clubhouses,Live Entertainment aprx three times a week in winter season .
My home is two bedrooms and two baths, sunroom, living room, kitchen And dining area.
Washer and dryer are in the shed.
Golf cart is available to my exchange guests as well. No children or young adults without drivers license may drive the cart. Park is very strict about this.
I have WiFi only no television service but have both Netflix and Amazon Prime available on both bedroom televisions and in living room .
Bar in carport for outdoor sitting. Well appointed kitchen as I love to cook and entertain. I am an artist and my art is displayed around the home. Craft area in sunroom.
Super friendly community. Park is gated and you will be issued a pass to come and go through the guest gate only, unless we make an arrangement to swap cars in exchange in which case you can come and go through the owners gate which opens automatically.
My home is fully equipped for cooking and in the shed there are beach chairs,umbrellas shell pails etc. I have a clipboard in the house with very detailed instructions. And lots of brochures to look at for things to do and places to eat.

This is a highly sought community in Southwestern Florida due to the fact that we have so many activities that you could stay busy and never leave the community. Tennis,Pickleball,lawn bowling,bocce,shuffleboard,miniature golf, top rated golf course,music,restaurant,pool tables, dancing, card games, bingo, library, art classes,photography groups, quilting.
So much to keep you busy.
My home is centrally located between the two main north to south Hwy. rte. 41 and 75. Only aprx 2 1/2 mikes to either one.
Port Charlotte is located in Charlotte harbor so to get to the Gulf of Mexico closest beach is aprx 25 minutes away. But there are numerous restaurants located on the Rivers and harbor that are only five minutes away. All major shopping chains close by and we have wonder novelty shops if you like beach decor . I am a half block to numerous restaurants,grocery store,gas,hair salon. We have three Walmart’s in town. The closest one is only 1.6 miles from my home. You can ride the bike around the community. It’s a 2 1/2 mile ride around perimeter of park. Also free miniature gold and shuffleboard. Activities are limited at this time due to COVID but we do have currently a movie night,happy hour outdoor exercise class on deck near lake. Water aerobics and karaoke .We are a registered wild bird preserve so Bird and wildlife lovers will love the variety of birds in the park. Also lost of great outdoor bar and restaurants on the waterfront all at your fingertips. My welcome books will list loads of places I recommend and my home has a basket full of brochures you can look at to get ideas of places to go and read. I also have some local menus to review.
Closest airport is Ft. Myers aprx. 45 miles
Tampa airport is aprx. 1 1/2 hr drive from home

I do not like to travel to northern states in the winter but would consider trade you in Florida in winter and me in Northern states in spring and fall.
Another option that would work well for me is if you are a single person who does not mind a home share situation for exchange. In other words if you wanted to visit Florida in the winter time and didn’t mind sharing home with me you would still have your own bed and bath and I would be happy to show you local sights or you could be completely independent. In exchange for me being able to share your home sometime during the summer months.
