Waterkloof Golf Estate is nestled between the iconic Fort Klapperkop Reserve and Groenkloof Nature Reserve.
Sipping your morning coffee on the patio, looking at the Zebra and Wildebeest grazing on Klapperkop, whilst listening to the abundant birdlife, it is hard to believe you are in the city of Pretoria!
Waterkloof Golf Estate is a safe security estate, and (although 4.8 km from Groenkloof Gym), there is no need to leave the estate to get your daily workout. Go for a run or walk around the beautiful estate, and you might even spot wildlife like black backed jackal or mongoose.
Play a round of Golf on one of the finest quality greens in Pretoria. The course is well-wooded, and the fairways dressed with excellent kikuyu.
4000 indigenous trees have recently been planted, making this one of the most beautiful golf courses in the country.
Our home is a peaceful and tranquil paradise and is stylishly furnished with Hungarian goose down feather sofas and tasteful African chic decor.
We have a beautiful big garden and swimming pool to keep cool in summer, and a cozy fireplace in the lounge to keep warm in winter.
You can have a ‘braai’ (barbeque) on the patio (listen for the cry of jackal at night), or make a bonfire in the firepit, whilst listening to the sounds of Africa.
Or relax in the "jacuzzi" / Hot tub to relax your muscles after a round of golf.
Have a picnic or sundowners by the dam, once the golfers are gone, to enjoy one of the most spectacular African sunsets you have ever seen!
Senna, our baby, is a friendly and loving German Shepard, who is used to her creature comforts, so we can only accommodate DOG LOVERS.
She sleeps inside the house, in her bed, but in our bedroom.
She is not always aware of her size, and sometimes jumps and plays rough, as she thinks she is a small lapdog, particularly with energetic small children. (This might scare small children)
We also have a young Golden Retriever who is a busy but fun bundle of joy, but still in the mischievous puppy phase! He sleeps in the bedroom.
Another member of our family is “Reason”, our housekeeper, (domestic assistant and Senna and Bailey's “Au Pair”)
She lives on the property, and will be able to assist with cleaning, laundry, and even baking rusks, fresh bread, muffins and delicious crunchies if you ask her. She is amazing, and helpful, and will contribute to your relaxing and care-free holiday! (Gratuities according to your satisfaction, would be greatly appreciated by her).
She does not work on Saturdays or Sundays, but should you wish to make use of her service, please arrange with her at a cost of R200 a day for cleaning service.
Our home is available for a reciprocal exchange, or guest points, but we can also offer a semi-catered option, where we can cook our traditional South African dishes (boboti, melktert, potjie-kos, vetkoek, Durban Curry), and braai (barbeque) "pap", "boerewors", venison / game meat for you, should this be your preferred holiday.

Lion & Safari Park is a 43 min 40,4 km drive from Pretoria, where you can go on an unforgettable predator tour, safari tour, giraffe feeding, horseback safari, guided bush walks, and quad biking.
Cradle Of Humankind, a World Heritage Site a 1 hours, 16 minutes drive from Pretoria, where you can enjoy a Hot Air Balloon Flight.

Pretoria is situated 245 km (about 2.5 hrs drive) away from the charming little town, Dullstroom, which is renowned for its fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and relaxing in the beautiful countryside landscape. Dullstroom is also an ideal stop over on route to the Kruger National Park.

There is a club house, casual burger restaurant, as well as fine dining restaurant on the Waterkloof Golf Estate, which is perfectly safe to take a few minutes stroll to dinner.
You can take a 5.2 km drive to the vibrant and energetic 16th Street / Hazelwood for a lovely dinner (or breakfast) at one of the many restaurants.
