Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and beautiful views out each window. The front porch overlooks the beautiful hills of Tennessee to the south, and the back screened-in porch looks at our back yard and field where you can regularly see deer or turkey. We have multiple desks throughout our home, so it's a perfect place to work remotely.
The master Bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress, and an en suite full bath with double vanity. Two bedrooms down the hall share a "jack and jill" bathroom, each bedroom has a twin bed. We have two half baths in the home, and a very large bonus room upstairs with a queen size bed. We also have two desk setups in the bonus area. We have WiFi, Netflix, Amazon, AppleTV and HBO Max setup on both TVs (Living room and Bedroom).
Our home is located on the edge of our family farm, so it's a very secluded and peaceful escape outside of Nashville. We are dipping our toes into homesteading, so we have gardens, an orchard, fruit bushes and chickens all right outside of our back door.
We would love it if you would be comfortable watching our dogs & chickens - we have three dogs that are all friendly and live outside in our fenced back yard. They are fed twice daily and have a temperature controlled shed they stay in at night and during bad weather. This isn't a deal breaker as we can have a dog sitter care for them while we travel.
We have two small children, so our home is very child-proofed with lots of baby gates and locked cabinets. We also have a crib, carseats, carriers, strollers and multiple pack n' plays if you need them. There are also plenty of toys and books for kids to use.

We are located in College Grove, TN, which is situated halfway between the towns of Murfreesboro and Franklin (both about 15-20 minutes away), and about 40 minutes south of Nashville. There is local restaurant that delivers pizza, so you're not completely in the middle of nowhere. There is also a fabulous winery 5 minutes down the road that offers plentiful outdoor seating, live music on the weekends, food trucks and very good wine.

We're members of the Nashville Zoo, and are happy to share our passes with you! It covers 3 adults and unlimited kids.
Nashville is full of sights and attractions, just to list a few: Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorim (the church of country music), The Parthenon ( a full-size replica of Greek Parthenon), First Art Museum, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, Adventure Science Center, Nashville Zoo, The Johnny Cash Museum, and hundreds of great restaurants.
We have a 2019 Subaru Ascent possibly available for reciprocal exchanges (it seats 7).
