Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
My home is very light and airy. Located in a gated community, it overlooks a well-maintained 18-hole public golf course. The 2-story house is nicely decorated, the furniture is comfortable and coordinated, the kitchen is well-equipped.
The first floor contains a living room and dining area with seating for ten, a family room with gas fireplace and a new 65" TV, and an adjoining kitchen and powder room. Upstairs, there's a large primary bedroom with en suite and shower, a guest bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and tub. I use the third bedroom as my office, but it can accommodate a twin-size air mattress (provided) or a crib.
There's a patio and small yard overlooking the golf course, a table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining. The house has an attached garage that has room to park one car.
The community includes a newly refinished pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a Jacuzzi. There is also a built-in barbecue and shaded seating area next to the community pool.

My neighborhood is located in a residential area of Central Orange County. The house is walking and biking distance or a short drive from four parks, running and hiking trails, a public library housed in a beautiful historic building, markets, shopping and a variety of restaurants.
The Tustin Sports Park is a 3-block walk from my home. Amenities include six lighted tennis courts, a basketball court and walking track, a playground, picnic area and barbecue facilities. Access to the public Tustin Ranch Golf Course and clubhouse is a 5-minute drive away.
Access to the 5 and 405 freeways (Santa Ana and San Diego freeways, respectively) is a few miles from my home. John Wayne Airport is a 20-minute drive, LAX is 1 to 1-1/2 hours depending on traffic.
Amusement parks Disneyland, California Adventure and Knott's Berry Farm are a 30-minute drive, and Legoland is an hour's drive south. Los Angeles is about 90 minutes away by car and less than that by train. Universal Studios to the north and San Diego to the south are also a 90-minute drive. Both are accessible by train, as well.
Orange County has beautiful beaches (Laguna, Newport, Dana Point), museums (The Bowers, the new Orange County Museum of Art, Laguna Art Mueum with contemporary art exhibits, Marconi Automotive, Discovery Cube with interactive science for children, Pretend City, an interactive adventure for young children), shopping venues (Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, Main Place). Train lines and commuter rails run between San Diego and Santa Barbara. Amtrak continues north to the Bay Area.

I have 3 indoor/outdoor short-hair cats. All are friendly, but only one (Diego) is sociable. The other two are timid and will stay out of sight until they get to know you. They will spend most of their time lounging on the backyard patio, although, ideally, all 3 are in at night.
*For a stay of less than 7 days, I require a $120 cleaning fee upon arrival (preferably, Venmo or Zelle).
*Please, no smoking, vaping or disposal of cigarette butts inside the house. Smoking or vaping is allowed only on the patio and only with disposal of cigarette butts in the trash bin in the garage.
* Please respect my lovely neighbors: No loud music, yelling from the yard or other activities that disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood.
