My home is a quaint Craftsman Bungalow Cottage built over a hundred years ago located in the heart of Reno Nevada, just off the Truckee River. This home has been fully upgraded to all modern conveniences with Central Heating and Air, new appliances as well as roof and flooring. There is a guest house on the property which is tenant-occupied. There are bikes available located in the bike rack for you to cruise around the river path and downtown. This property is perfect for Animals, however the home is currently free of all pet dander, as none currently live in the home. The property is developed with mature Landscaping including fruit trees, grapevines and prolific perennials. There is a bird bath that is visited by beautiful song birds all day. Though we are on a rather busy street, there is a fence of juniper trees that keeps the noise level down. The house is fully furnished. Due to living in the desert, and having a house full of tropical plants and musical instruments, the house is kept at 30% humidity inside. There is plenty of parking as we have a three-car driveway and plenty of street parking for guests. Easy access to the freeway makes this a great destination getaway. We hope to see you soon!

This property is located in downtown Reno, right off the Riverwalk. You can take a run or stroll on the Riverwalk all the way to Sparks in one direction and Verdi in the other (20-50 miles). The property is only blocks from the new art project in downtown Reno, where you can stroll and take photos of large art similar to what you can find on the Playa at Burning Man. The casinos are a 10 minute walk or a 2-minute drive, it's easier to walk then try to find parking downtown. The freeway access is a mile away and makes it easy to access any destination from this property.
