Our home is a two-story modern mountain home with clean minimalist decor and dramatic mountain views from nearly every window. The lower floor has two living spaces, including an open concept kitchen, dining & living room, a den, a powder room, and easy access to the backyard deck, patio, bbq, and hot tub. The master bedroom includes a vaulted ceiling and an amazing view of the Three Sisters mountain, and an ensuite with a large soaker tub and walk-in shower. The two additional spacious bedrooms provide plenty of storage for your belongings and clean crisp bed linens. Our in-floor radiant heat and beautiful gas fireplace will warm you up after a day on the slopes. We have a small patio in the front yard to catch the morning sun and watch the local outdoor enthusiasts ride by as they head out on the trails, and the backyard patio and deck offer private dining and casual seating to relax after your epic day in Fernie.

Our home is situated in the Annex, a mixed neighborhood of original and renovated character miner's homes, and new modern builds. We are situated a few blocks from the Elk River, home to world-class trout fishing, and with direct access to the Fernie hiking and mountain biking trail system. There are six restaurants within a two-block radius, and we are a short 8-minute walk to the historic downtown core of Fernie, a great destination for browsing quaint shops or enjoying one of the many locally-owned coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants.

Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and we can provide a small futon that would accommodate a toddler/small child.
Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
Third bedroom has a twin day bed that can be converted to a king-size bed (two twin mattresses).
Den has a full-size futon.

TV is set up to connect via Chromecast or personal laptop.
Bike storage is available.
Plant care is limited to watering a few outdoor containers depending on weather and duration of stay.
