Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
As this is a home for us too, you will find reminders of us throughout the condo. We love to cook and bake so you can find anything you could possibly need in our fully stocked kitchen! We have 2 spacious bedrooms: 1 queen bedroom, and 1 smaller bedroom with a full and twin bunk. The place comfortably sleeps 5 people with an option of adding a blow up mattress. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. We are very earth-conscious and try to be as low-waste as possible so you will not find many single-use items in our home. We have great WiFi, a Roku for the TV with Netflix, Hulu, and HBO already equipped.

This little mountain getaway is the perfect place for you to unwind in year round! Our condo is tucked away in a private complex off the main road, so you will truly get the quiet feel of being in nature while you're here. Our complex offers multiple pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts to be enjoyed during the warmer months of the year. Our condo is a 10 minute walk from 2 beaches, an amazing bakery, and 30 minute walk to Tahoe City. You could not have a better or more central location in Tahoe!

We have 3 parking spaces in front of the condo, as well as an overflow lot in the condo complex. There is no street parking. Our condo is in a very walkable location, easy to bike to Tahoe City on the bike path, or walk to nearby beaches. (There is also a public bus that takes you up to the ski resorts.)

My home is a quintessential California bungalow, a little sanctuary less than a mile from the beach, and blocks away from shops and parks. My home is on a quiet street that is also close to the action, with very plentiful parking should you have a car. I’m am also walking distance to a metro line/station should you want to take the train to the Eastside/downtown LA. My home is decorated to reflect the bungalow building, proximity to the beach, and my love of 70s inspired bohemian style.
What you will love in the neighborhood
I live in the Ocean Park area of Santa Monica, south of the tourist attractions of Santa Monica and north of the action in Venice. It has great freeway access while still being tucked away and quiet. There are parks, great beach access, and an easy walk to buses or the metro.
Animals are welcome with advanced permission.
There is a $200 cleaning fee for all GuestPoint exchanges, which must be paid prior to the beginning of the exchange. This goes directly to my cleaner, who ensures that my home fully sanitized, prepared, and ready for all guests.
