We love our home and we're excited to share it with others
Rebuilt in 2020, our home is achitect designed with an emphasis on light, practical use of space and open plan living.
There is a large bright kitchen/living area with sliding glass doors out to our family friendly, south facing garden and large patio. There is a comfortable tv/family room and a third "flexible" room that can works as another living room or work space along with a pull out double bed. There is a downstair bathroom with shower and a utility area with laundry and storage for coats, shoes etc...
There are four bedrooms on the 1st floor - the main guest room with a kingsize bed, our son's room with a single bed, and or daughters rooms that share a Jack & Jill bathroom. The main bathroom is also on the 1st floor and all showers are wetrooms.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom with a stand alone bath. This bedroom also has great views of the city and Dublin bay both from the bed and shower!
The garden has a large custom, kids climbing frame with swings, nets, ladders, monkey bars and a climbing wall. There is also an 18ft sunken trampoline that all kids seem to gravitate towards. There is also a romantic love swing from which to watch the sunset from with a nice glass of wine. The patio offers to dining areas with modern outdoor furniture, Kamado Joe BBQ, Ooni Pizza oven and fire pit.
There is a large driveway to the front with a car charger and to the side there is storage for bikes. There are 6 bikes for your use - one kids, two mid-size and 3 adult.

Mount Merrion is a quiet and safe leafy suburb in south Dublin with all the amenities that you could need. The local Deerpark with it's wide views over the city is just a few mins walk away. The vast grounds of University College Dublin are 5 mins in the opposite direction, where you can avail of our family membership of the sports facilities, spa and olympic pool. There are shops, coffee shops, a pharmacy and a supermarket just down the road from us.
Within a 1 kilometre radius there are many other villages including Blackrock with it's many restaurants, pubs and sea front walks, Stillorgan with lots of retail and all the essentials you could need, and Dundrum Town Centre (Ireland's largest shopping mall).
At the end of our road there is public transport access to the city centre with it's many famous attactions that are well worth exploring. You can also get to the Dublin mountains in just ten minutes by car, where you can find all kinds of walking trails with spectacular views and world class mountain biking trails. The famous and historic DunLaoghaire harbour is a short drive away where you can walk either of it's long piers and grab a coffee of lunch when you've worked up an appetite.
