The house is located literally on top of Zarauz Beach, you can take the elevator down into the maritime boardwalk. There are two independent spaces, a one-bedroom apartment and an open attic space with a nice dining terrace. Each space is well equipped (i.e. dining table, kitchen and bathroom) and can be used independently if needed. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, an umbrella and a hammock and is probably the most joyful space to enjoy a sunny day. Both spaces have apartment has side views or top (Velux views) of the ocean. The apartment and attic are connected by the community stairs. The community has a shared swimming pool that you can use to wash off the sand from your feet before lunch.

Zarautz is one of the top summer tourist destinations in the north of Spain. At the heart of the Basque country, this is gastronomic heaven. The town is strategically connected, 20 min away from San Sebastian and some of the top Michelin starred restaurants in the world. The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao is 1 h drive, but most likely you would choose to explore the surrounding area. You can walk to the historic whale-catcher town of Getaria and visit Balenciaga Museum. In Zarautzl walk to Arginanos bakery for breakfast and visit or old town Zarautz for pintxos and txakoli after you finished surfing the classes.
