Located in the heart of West Wittering village, just under a mile from the renowned blue flag West Wittering beach, our three bedroom house has a modern, family home feel. Recently refurbished in a light and bright décor, to reflect seaside living, we have lived in our home very happily for three years and have lived in the village for 10 years.
We live on a small private estate with little traffic where quiet, peace and being respectful to our neighboughs prevails.
Downstairs
Entrance with hanging space for your coats, leading into a large open plan kitchen-diner, including breakfast bar with stools, kitchen table seating 8, two AEG ovens, Samsung American fridge/ freezer fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and the all-important wine cooler (regardless of the British weather).
Separate utility / laundry room with sink, washing machine, separate dryer and drying cupboard. Outdoor shower.
Light and bright sitting room with windows onto the garden, TV, and piano.
Family room with TV and doors to patio.
Cloakroom with wc and basin.
Upstairs
Three bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a super-king bed and an en suite bathroom (including large walk-in shower).
Guest bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom with small double bed.
Office.
Family bathroom with large bath and separate, walk-in shower.
Outside
Enclosed garden to the rear, laid to lawn with trees and shrubs in the borders. Large patio area, which is ideal for relaxing, with outdoor furniture, table and chairs. Hot tub, Weber charcoal BBQ and Forno Toscano Margherita wood fired pizza oven.
Driveway with ample room for cars.
Outdoor shower (hot and cold) for washing off after those visits to the sandy beach.
We do have a cat but she will be homed elsewhere for the exchange period.
Happy to send more photos on request.
