An enchanting oasis of tranquility in the middle of a bustling metropolis of Indianapolis. You cannot go wrong with this choice! You can possibly rent both units! Pricing is different for renting One side vs. Both sides. Without a doubt, you can have one or the other condo or the entire house! You will have to email the owner for which condo you would like to have. When renting out both units/entire house, understand there is an additional charge that will be added per night if you chose the entire house which can sleep up to 14.
The listed price you see is for ONE unit. VRBO does not allow me to advertise "two options" on their website unless I pay for 2 different memberships which is outrageous. Sorry for any confusion but the only way to advertise is here in the description section of the web page. Example when you see the “nightly rate” per night, then that price is for just the larger unit - North side. If you wanted to add the south unit (which gives you additional beds) than an extra $100 bed fee will be applied to that “nightly rate” for each night.
March Madness, Big Ten Football, Indy 500, and GenCon prices will vary depending on number of days requested and if you are requesting 1 unit vs. entire house.
This home is named for its location and "lived-in" feel - on the North Edge of Broad Ripple Village right on the White River. 10 minutes to downtown amenities! Easy Uber or Bus right out your front door!
The rustic home has a back yard that sits up against the beautiful Marott Park which is full of walking trails. Also off the backyard is the White River aligned with river rock which allows you to take a chair and sit to enjoy the peacefulness of the water and sunshine.
The home has a beautiful back deck to enjoy a cookout while your guest enjoy beautiful gardens that surround the home.
Each unit has three bedrooms which are located on the top floor along with a full bath. Each bedroom has either ONE queen, king, or twin(s) beds
A large living space with dining room, half bath, living room, and fully equipped kitchen for you to make yourself feel right at home. The North side (larger) duplex has two sleeper sofa's in the lower level which are both 'standard size'.
If you have more than 10 guest you might need to book both sides/entire house. VRBO does not allow me to book this property as TWO separate houses. Please when send me an email if you are unsure if you need both sides (all 6 bedrooms) in your request. I want to make sure you are getting what you want!! Guest count over 11 will result in an extra charge.
This is a very clean home with professional cleaning service before and after all guest arrive. Many extras too this home that others do not have.
North Side is the larger of the side-by-side units. With two living rooms each with their own pull out couches.
Each side has Three bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Each side has the same number of beds upstairs.
Masters have Kings; 2nd Bedrooms have Queens; 3rd Bedrooms have two Twins.
Both kitchens are equipped with dishes, pots, pans, dinner ware for 16+ guests.
Baths have linens stack with extra bath towels, sheets, pillows and blankets.
WYFI has code that reaches both units. All doors are key codes for easy access by all guests.
No Cable TV!! WYFI Streaming Available and Local TV Channels Only.

Broad Ripple Village is a quant town within the city limits of Indianapolis. Located on the White River which runs past the home is a great fishing hole and trails to walk.
