My apartment is a cozy place located in the city close to the airport (No in front the beach) in 13th and 14th floor of the tower being a Penthouse with an amazing view and the sunshine directly to your room with a forest in front of you everyday. 18 min from the airport. Quiet and calm.
I am very open for reciprocal exchange in Big cities like NY, Chicago, Paris, Denver too. And Europe like Holland, Belguim, Germany, France or Sweden for 1-3 months as I work remotely, but I am open for others too.
I am looking to exchange with another "solo traveler" like myself, or a couple without kids, or less 2 years old baby. My apologies, but my place is full of glass and it is not for children.
No pets, no party animals, no smoke, No drugs, I want to keep it clean and calm. Thats why it is important for me to exchange with someone with similar lifestyle and values. Recycling, clean, care about others and that kind of things for both be sure our places are in good hands.
We could swap lives for a while :) Looking forward to it.

Heredia is one of the most quiet cities in the country, there is few people and you basically can walk everywhere. I live 1.5 hour from the beach BUT Costa Rica has thousands of them. So you can get the Caribbean side in 4.5 hours and the pacific one in 1.5 hours or between 6-8 depends on your plans.
It has:
• Swimming pool
• 2 Jacuzzis
• Small Gym
• Green trails
• And private activities areas.
• Restaurants, barber shop, groceries store and banks just outside of the building.
My apartment includes:
• Picnic set up
• Pool towels for 6.
• Washing machine
• Wifi Projector and speaker to watch movies or whatever you want from your phone.
I live in the middle of the country so you can chose to spend your weekend in the Caribbean side or the pacific depends on your mood and always back home to this quiet and beautiful
