My home is located on quiet street. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds on the second floor and one queen in the master on the first floor. Beautiful enclosed screened porch and large yard. We are non-smokers and have no pets. There is nothing so wonderful as the outdoor Shower which has container with clean bath towels. Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap products are on shelf. Light at night will automatically go on when you are in the shower. Beautiful to look up to the stars as the steam rises from the shower. Large TV in living room with Cable and several streaming services. You will only need to bring your cloths. All toiletries etc here for your enjoyment. We have kayaks and bicycles, Foosball, Air hockey table and a large assortment of indoor and outdoor games. You are steps away from the ocean and walking distance to private beach. we are unable to accommodate any dates in July or August. Minimum stay five days

My home on Cape Cod is five years old and is located on a peninsula. We are one block on either. side from a beautiful bay and Washburn Island. We have 3 Kayaks available located steps from the house. Life Jackets and paddles are located in the garage. Falmouth is a seaside town and has a dozen beautiful beaches. We are five miles from town and there is bus line 1.5 miles from the house. Just a ferry ride to the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. So many beautiful places to explore. Boston is 1.5 hour drive. Bus line also available from Boston or Airport to Falmouth.
Sunscreen, water shoes, dart game and corn hole game in the garage.
Beach Floats are next to the shed in the backyard.
Bicycles located in shed in bike rack. There are two bike trails for walking or biking. The Shining Sea Bicycle Trail from Falmouth to Woods Hole and Cape Cod Canal Bike Trail. Plus the neighborhood is bike friendly.

We have Car Tag hanging with keys so you can park for free at South Cape Beach State Park which has the hiking trail and a beautiful beach.
The refrigerator has automatic ice maker so no need to buy ice. We also keep extra ice packs and coolers in garage for day kayak trips to the island.
Alexa located in kitchen for music and information.
We have cable TV and remote has voice access so you can ask for whatever show you want. We have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus.
Games/Cards/Chess etc. located in middle of Master Bedroom Wardrobe.
First Aid Supplies located in half bathroom/laundry room in the vanity and also in medicine chest in Master Bedroom. Hope you will not need any. We have supply in upstairs bathroom of any toiletries you may have forgotten to bring. There is hairdryer in upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom. Basically all you need is your cloths and food.

Flying Bridge is on Falmouth Harbor and fun to sit outside to watch the boats
BBQ Truck: Wicked N’Wood 383 East Falmouth Hwy, open Thursday through Sunday from 12 to 6 PM. (Excellent)
Bad Martha’s Brewery for pizza, great atmosphere and usually has live music.
Shopping:
Downtown Falmouth has many shops/restaurants and is about 5 miles after taking left out of peninsula. There is huge library and behind the library is carousel and playground.
When leaving the peninsula take a left and in about five miles there is a shopping center with store called TJ Maxx 137 Teaticket Hwy, Falmouth great bargains and a few miles more there is downtown Falmouth with lots of shops.
If you leave peninsula and take a right about 5.4 miles there is Mashpee Commons on your left and many beautiful shops and movie theatre. If you leave peninsula and take a right go to 6 Charles Street Mashpee (near Mashpee Commons but on your right) is Marshalls also great bargains.

Best Food Shopping Location and Alternatives
Best to shop at Market Basket at 1 Factory Outlet Road in Bourne on your way to our house.
Right in town there is Stop and Shop and Shaws about 5 miles to the left and Stop and Shop in Mashpee to the right of peninsula.
Liquor store a few miles away called Kenyons, 769 East Falmouth Highway. Take a left off the peninsula
Winery
Cape Cod Winery, 4 Oxbow Road East Falmouth
There is also a large sailboat cruise check out theliberte.com
Woods Hole has free AQUARIUM 166 Water Street Woods Hole. (they ask for donation) and there is a small market/store called Provisions up the street which sells lunch (it is a hidden gem). You order inside then go to the back of the store and walk upstairs and beautiful view of the harbor and outside covered seating.
We have a booklet with info on Beaches, Golf, etc.
Chatham
Fish Pier to see the seals…they usually follow the fishing boats in. There is also a boat tour to see the seals that I hard were great called BEACHCOMERS. Look for the Yellow Boats. Call 508-945-5265 for reservations. Reservations are required. Barcliff Ave and Shore Ave, Chatham
