Situated in the picturesque town of Bushmills , famous for the Bushmills Distillery, 3 miles from the Giants causeway , UNESCO world heritage site, Carrick- a-rede rope bridge and The Royal Portush Golf Course. Its a New 4 bedroom property ideal for families which although is our second home is well kitted out with Smart TV, WII and is our very own home from home.

This is the village I was born and am happy to have my second home .Its a quiet residential cul de sac, half a mile walking into the village of Bushmills , Bushmills Whisky distillery and nearby Portballintrae beach. Its a 15 minute drive to The Giants Causeway, Portrush and carrick-1 rede rope bridge. 30 min car journey to the game of thrones ' Dark Hedges ' and the famous 'Ulster way' tourist trail.
Bushmills has award winning restaurants including The Bushmills Inn , Tartine and the Bushmills Townhouse with people coming from Belfast to frequent. Cooking at home in a well equipped kitchen with grocery stores ,delicatessen, takeaway , coffee shops and Craft shops and cashpoints in Bushmills. Larger supermarkets/ banks in Coleraine 6 miles away.

There is parking space for 4 cars on the driveway and a shed which can be used to store bikes if required.
There is a key safe at the back door , the keys to the front door are hanging in the kitchen.
Smoking is not permitted in the house and no dogs.
There is a pull out bed under the single bed in the back bedroom and a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Extra dining room chairs / high chair , stair gate and travel cot in the cupboard under the stairs.
please help yourself to all condiments / tea coffee in the cupboard.
I have bedding / Towels for 3 changes stored in drawers in the king-size bed , and single bedding under the single bedroom to the front of the house. Extra duvets/ mattress protectors / pillows can be found in the landing hall cupboard.
Any used Laundry to be placed in the blue Laundry bags in the utility room and if the exchange is reciprocal I will pay for the Laundry. If the use of the house is on Guest Points I would be grateful for the fee of £30 to be paid by my Guests.
It would be great if the beds could be made up and the house left clean and tidy as found.
I am flexible with check in/ out times.
