Cute Downtown Salt Lake Apartment. Walking distance to many attractions downtown including the City Creek Mall, The Eccles Theatre, the Utah state Capitol building, hiking trails, and many bars and clubs.
Quick 30 minute drive to 6 world renowned ski resorts including Park City, Alta, snowbird, and Deer Valley. 15 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport. The home is also a quick drive to the “silicone slopes” located in Lehi, Utah.
Home includes:
Washer and dryer, high speed Wifi, fully updated kitchen. Bluetooth speakers, Google assistant in every room, smart TV with chrome cast, Air conditioning in each room. Clean linens and towels, A queen bed in the bedroom and two twin sized air mattresses in the living room. This cute condo also boasts a Semi concert grand piano, and lots of natural light. Access to a rooftop patio with a sitting area which has incredible views of the valley and the city at night.
I plan to keep my bedroom closet locked but if closet space is a must we can discuss this.

Located in the cute artistic Avenues neighborhood of Salt Lake City. This neighborhood is full of life and character with coffee shops, art museums, and boutiques within walking distance. The Avenues is a safe quiet area full of charm.
Downtown Salt Lake City is right outside the front door and many of the wonderful events the city has to offer is just a short walk away.
