Our home is a peaceful retreat with loads of natural light, views of the mountains, and an acre of open land. The open-concept main floor has a large living room with a fireplace, space for an expandable 10-person dining table, and a spacious kitchen with extensive storage, a double oven, and gas range. The main level is surrounded with large picture windows with beautiful mountain views that can also be seen from the expansive deck. The primary bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, deck entrance, and a large en-suite bathroom with standing tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, a walk-in closet and many windows. The main level also contains a mud room, separate laundry room, bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find a walk-out basement that leads to a spacious backyard. It contains a large open living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, indoor cedar sauna, and a large playroom that can be used as a bedroom. The house has a 3-car attached garage.

1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin trundle bed, 1 pullout queen sofa, 1 crib/toddler bed. We have an additional queen bed that can be set up in the playroom or basement living space.

Our house is less than 10 minutes (3 miles) from the heart of downtown Bozeman, the base of Mt. Ellis, and much more. It’s only 12 miles from the Bridger Bowl ski resort, 33 miles to Big Sky ski resort, and close to many hiking trails. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and the town, but it feels like it’s in the rural, quiet country. Our neighborhood is full of one acre lots so houses are spread out, the views of the mountains are everywhere, and it feels like a calm oasis across the road from beautiful farmland. It is extraordinary location and we are so grateful to live in house that feels like an everyday vacation.

Bozeman is known for its access to world-class skiing at Big Sky and Bridger Bowl ski resorts. Summer is ideal for fly fishing and floating the local rivers (Madison, Gallatin, and Yellowstone), or hiking and biking in the mountains. It is also close to two entrances to Yellowstone National Park: West Yellowstone (60 miles away) and Gardiner (45 miles away).
