This is an EXQUISITE luxury condominium located just above the Boulder Lift on the Nevada side of Heavenly. If you enjoy summertime hiking, mountain biking and spectacular views, this is definitely the location!! Ski off the back porch or take the shuttle!!

This beautiful custom duplex condo, completely remodeled in 2010, is located in the middle of Heavenly Ski Resort's Nevada Ski area and right above the Boulder Lift. Walk out your front door right to the edge of the hill and ski down to the Boulder Run (when sufficient snow exists). This 4 bedroom/3 bath 2000+ s.f. unit is the most unique and luxurious one on Heavenly's Nevada side. It’s a very secluded and peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Sit on the deck and drink in the spectacular views of not only Lake Tahoe but Mt. Tallac and Heavenly Valley!!

Once you are in the home you'll enter the beautiful kitchen/dining room area complete with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, modern dimpled copper sink, granite countertops and great 32" Flat Screen HD TV. Go upstairs and find a spectacular living room that boasts even more beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. The comfortable leather sofas sit directly in front of a gas fireplace with a gorgeous rock wall upon which is mounted a 52" Smart (streaming) HD TV with Blu-Ray player. There is also a game table with seating for 4 (6 with leaf). Down the hallway from this magnificent living room is the 2nd bathroom and bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 sets of EXTRA LONG twin bunk beds (4 beds total). Bathroom is also equipped with heated tile floor, granite countertops and contemporary plumbing and fixtures. A full size washer and dryer are also found on this floor.

Up the stairs to the third floor is the spacious master loft with a California King bed, reading nook, and a 46" flat screen LED HD TV with Blu-Ray player. The master bath has heated tile floor, his/hers sinks, granite countertops, jetted tub and separate full shower. This master bedroom and bathroom have spectacular views of Lake Tahoe.

The house is state of the art televisions and wireless internet for those with the need for a 'working vacation'. Step outside onto the top deck and into the new, professionally-maintained hot tub with unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains and an unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe. Nothing beats coming off the slopes after a great day of skiing, taking a plunge in the hot tub, relaxing while you overlook the lake and absorb the tranquility of world known as Lake Tahoe.

A Weber gas grill is conveniently located on the first floor deck.

This is a multi-level home with a full set of stairs leading down to the unit as well as 3 levels of stairs inside the home, so for those who might have or have difficulty with stairs this is NOT an appropriate home.

Parking is 400 yards away in the lot at the beginning of cul-de-sac (Northbowl Lane). 3 cars permitted. House sits at 8,000 feet above sea level with a FULL set of stairs from loading zone down to front door, and then 3 levels within the home. There are LOTS of stairs!

You are welcome to load/unload by parking in the cul-de-sac but no extended parking in front of the building per county code.

North Bowl Lane is a residential street with mostly local residents present. Our condo/duplex sits at the very end of the cul-de-sac providing privacy and the BEST views. Located up the street is the home owner's community pool - gate code provided on the local home owner community tv station. You will note: parking is not on-site. You can pull up to the stairs, unload, and then go park your car. Parking is approximately 400 yards away in a communal lot with first-come-first-served availability. It is a walk from parking to the home. Absolutely no parking in cul de sac except for loading and unloading only.

You will have contactless, keyless access to our home. Well in advance of your arrival our property manager will reach out to you with details, This home has a FULL set of stairs from loading/unloading area to the front door, and then has 3 stories. There are LOTS of stairs and it sits at 8,000 feet above sea level. You will also need to park at the communal parking lot which is approximately 400 yards away.
