Our newly renovated condo is steps away from the beach on the beautiful island of Kauai! The space is ideal for a couple with one bedroom / king bed and en suite bathroom but it can also accommodate two more people on the queen size pull out Murphy bed and with the second full bathroom. Best feature of the home is the lanai where you can enjoy the lagoon, palm trees and a partial view of the ocean. The Kauai Beach Resort is part of our community so their resort pools, beach bar and a sand pool with a slide for kiddos are available to you. We supply beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella and cooler for your use during your stay. We are centrally located on the east side of the island so day trips to the North Shore and South/West shores are easy.
Check in time is 3pm and check out at 11am. There is a daily fee of $10 which we have to pay to the property managers to be on call in case you have any issues as well as a cleaning fee of $225 for your stay to pay the cleaners who prepare the condo between guests (we do not live on island - this is an Airbnb property for us).

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Kauai, also known as the garden isle, is divided into four main regions: the East Coast (also called the Coconut Coast which is where we are), North Shore, South Shore and West Shore. If you enjoy golfing - every part of the island has a golf course on it - there are a total of NINE on the island. The East side has family friendly beaches ((Lydgate beach and huge kid park), Secret Falls, Wailua Falls, the Wailua River, Fern Grotto, surfing at Kealia Beach, tons of shopping and restaurants. The North Shore is where you can enjoy Hanalei Bay, Queens Bath, Kilauea Lighthouse. botanical gardens and the famous Na Pali Coastline. It rains more on the Northern part of the island meaning it is the lushest part and filled with waterfalls. There is amazing snorkeling at Tunnels Beach, hiking trails and stunning views. Hanalei is my favorite town with fun shopping and excellent restaurants (try Kalypso!). The South side is generally sunny and is where you will find Poipu Beach, Shipwrecks Beach (surfing), Kipu Ranch, Old Koloa Town (lots of shopping) Spouting Horn and, again GOLF! The west side is the hottest and where you will find Waimea Canyon with tons of hiking trails and grand vistas, Polihale State Park with miles of beach and cliffs and (if you have military affiliations) can enjoy Barking Sands beach. Personally, we love Pakala Beach on the SW part of the island - a large, beautiful bay that has few visitors, gentle waves for boogie boarding/surfing and gorgeous sunsets.
