Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is a 2400 sqft mid-century modern sanctuary in the bucolic city of Hudson, NY. With a 4 season sunroom, manicured yard, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, and family/tv room it is the perfect retreat after exploring the Hudson River, nearby Catskill or Berkshire Mountains where hiking and skiing abound, or the heralded "farm to table" eateries and antique and design stores on Warren Street (4-minute drive or 15 minute walk away).
Given this is our primary home we can only do reciprocal exchanges. For NYC exchanges we are only interested in Manhattan, Harlem, or Bronx. Sorry no Brooklyn at this time.

We live in the "new Brooklyn" or what people have been calling "the Camptons" in the increasingly popular, upper Hudson Valley in Hudson, NY. So much art, food, nature to enjoy here! Hudson really has it all! Nestled between the Catskill and Berkshire Mountains and on the Hudson River, we're even across the street from the NY Fireman's Museum for the kiddos when they tire of outdoor and dining adventures! See what Vogue and Conde Nast Traveler have to say below!
From Conde Nast Traveler https://www.cntraveler.com/story/a-weekend-guide-to-hudson-new-york: "Hudson has long been a favorite among New Yorkers looking for a quick weekend getaway (or a second home, for that matter), thanks to easy train connections and a plethora of vintage and antique furniture stores, art galleries, and cocktail bars to dip into once you’re there.
Hudson lies just 120 miles north of the boroughs, and its proximity to the snaking Hudson River and numerous hiking trails also makes it a prime fall destination, with the surrounding mountains turning electric shades of orange and red come late September. Plus, there’s plenty of architecture to take in among the foliage: Queen Anne mansions, Victorian townhouses, and 19th-century warehouses and factories all make nods to Hudson’s storied past as a whaling hub, international trade center, and most surprisingly, a red light district. Here’s how to plan a trip to Hudson—and what to do once you’re there."
From Vogue https://www.vogue.com/article/why-a-visit-to-hudson-new-york-is-better-than-ever: "As New Yorkers and Bostonians try to remain close to home, New York’s Hudson Valley is as popular as ever. Thankfully, the town of Hudson hasn’t rested on its laurels one bit. The past few months have brought a gorgeously designed boutique hotel, a stellar bakery that excels in sourdough, and a slew of new shops to browse. Hudson is often referred to as the Brooklyn of the Hudson Valley, but it has so much more to offer (although if you’re looking for that Brooklyn vibe, you can definitely find it here). Fall is the ideal time to plan a weekend (or longer) getaway to Hudson—here are some exciting new spots to add to your list..."
