The apartment is a real gem! Located on the ground floor to the side of a large family villa. It has been designed with peace and privacy in mind, with its own gated entrance, separate intimate courtyard garden and bedrooms either side of the living/kitchen area, both with en-suite bathrooms. The family live upstairs with their own entrance, terrace and driveway.
The garden sets the house in magnificent grounds, giving a great sense of space and beauty all around.
The pool is open from May to October and can be heated if required. It is a really large pool, measuring 6m x 10m with paving all around and trees and an abri for shade. There is an outdoor BBQ by the pool and another one on the terrace of the courtyard garden.
There is plenty of private secure parking for cars in the back garden under the shade of the impressive willow tree.

The apartment is located in the countryside, 2kms outside the local towns of Le Thor and Chateauneuf de Gadagne. It’s a pleasant walk or cycle ride to the nearest boulangerie, through orchards, amongst lavender and poppy fields. This is a beautiful area. The famous antiques town of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgues, with its boutique shops, river cafes and restaurants, is a 10 minute drive, with Avignon and St Rémy within 20 minutes. The apartment is centrally located for exploring all the fabulous places of interest, including Mont Ventoux, The Luberon and Les Alpilles. It is also an excellent base for cycling as we have local knowledge of routes to take and we offer bike renting facilities.
The weather is stunning throughout all the 4 seasons, with the most wonderful fresh fruit growing in abundance. Strawberries and cherries, figs and olives; stop and buy them in bountiful amounts from the close by daily evening market in Velleron or along the side of the road.
With vineyards, lavender and poppy fields, fresh breads and cakes, Provence is a mecca for its light, bright colours, food and wine.

The family living in the main house welcome you to this special place. Audrey is English, her husband, Peter, is Danish and they have two boys, Troy (19) and Ryan (16) and a beautiful Ladrador called Jody.
