Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is so very comfortable with room for a family. The large living room has seating for all and a nice puzzle table. It looks out on the deck where we relax and read or just hang out. The den is cozy for reading or a movie.
There's a nice working kitchen and dining area. A half bath completes the first floor.
Upstairs, the large primary bedroom has a king sized bed with a private bath. The other bath is shared.Bedroom 2 has 2 singles which can be converted to a king. Bedroom 3 has a comfortable queen and the 4th 2 singles.
Outside, there are tables for dining and a fireplace to enjoy the evening.
The large yard is backed by trees and great for feeling nature and lawn games! (There are many in the shed.) Best of all is our outdoor (enclosed) shower (open May to Nov.) This is a Cape Cod tradition! Enjoy a shower outside, look up at the trees and feel the clean air!

We walk to the beach daily, take a bike ride on the Cape Cod Rail or enjoy the many Conservation Trusts' hiking trails or all 3!
Red River Beach and Bell's Neck are our favorites for birding all times of the year! You can see Osprey's and Eagles fishing as well as all sorts of warblers, bluebirds, phoebes, plovers, willets and terns and more especially in the spring.
The home is a 13 min. walk/ 3 min. drive to Pleasant Road Beach, a nice small public beach. Earle Rd Beach is a 20 min.walk/5 min drive to another nice beach, both on Nantucket Sound. It is a 30 min. drive to the National Seashore Beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is 5 min drive, 15 min bike ride. We are 5 min drive /45 min walk to fabulous restaurants and shops. HarwichPort, 4 min. drive/30 min walk to DennisPort and 20 min drive to the quaint Chatham Village. Provincetown is an hour drive but fun to go and much to see there and on the way.
