My home is a very well located stylish apartment. The place is comfortable, bright, and airy. The building is in the corner of two streets; therefore, the apartment gets sunlight and fresh air all day long. The apartment has two balconies featuring a small table and two chairs each. One balcony is adjacent to the living/dining area and is small. The other one is large; it also features a small table and two chairs and has a barbecue. Both balconies have plants and I would be glad if you could water them!
The apartment originally had four bedrooms but I have joined two of the bedrooms and the resulting place is a large room featuring a working area with a desk, a large bookcase (feel free to grab books but turn them back, please) comfortable single bedding, and a private balcony where you can sip a glass of wine or a coffee. The two other bedrooms are double and one has a TV with cable channels.
There are two full bathrooms, one with bathtub, and the other with a shower, and an additional half-bath for guests.
The entire apartment has been recently remodeled. The kitchen is ample and has a dishwasher (not common in Argentinian´s homes) and a semi-professional stove with an oven featuring refractory bricks perfect to bake pizza and bread. You also have access to a laundry area with a washing machine.
The place has internet and I can leave a computer if it is convenient for you.
MINIMUM STAY: 5 DAYS.
Note: A cleaning lady cleans the place only on Thursday mornings. Guests are responsible for paying the cleaning fee, which is very modest for international standards, and for doing the final cleaning upon departure.

My place is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires, one block from Corrientes and Callao Ave (Theater district). The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and the city's best bookstores. Many attractions are within walking distance, or you can take public transportation to go everywhere.
