My home is a recently renovated 'contemporary traditional' style geared toward warmth and comfort. It has all the mod cons one would need and despite being relatively small by North American standards, it can comfortably sleep 6. It has a lovey private yard which is maintained by a service, and a private drive. It is in a highly desirable small subdivision with a mix of families, professional and seniors. Its location is one of the highlight features, being across a quiet street from a large municipal park (tennis courts, playground and greenspace) and less than a 5 minute walk to a 300 acre Forest park with 16 km of walking trails. All of Fredericton’s shops, galleries and restaurants are less than a 15 minute level walk.

Fredericton is the capital city of New Brunswick, Canada and my home is a 15 minute walk from the downtown core. A green clean city with miles of biking and walking trails, the City spans the beautiful Saint John River (Wolastoq) and is home to two universities and the provincial government. Fredericton is an active city filled with walkers , runners and cyclists, and has a thriving art and music scene. The city is also centrally located to explore other areas within the province such as the world famous Bay of Fundy which features the highest tides in the world.

I love to travel and explore new places. Weather it is a few days getaway or several weeks, I am open to considering exchanges to almost anywhere.
