Our industrial warehouse themed home sits proudly in the city’s historic cultural hub suburb of Cooks Hill, and was recently completed in 2022.
Our home is split level, consisting of 3 bedrooms, a 4th/study, and a 5th/separate self-contained pool cabana, which is available separately on HomeExchange. The home’s master bedroom opens onto the rear yard / pool, and is equipped with a king sized bed, and ensuite. Upstairs, there are two other large bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed, and the other with a single bed. The 4th bedroom is set up as a study/rumpus. The cavernous open chefs kitchen / dining area features exposed sand stock bricks connecting your creativity back to their original industrial factory Heritage. The 7m magnesium mineral pool creates a space you never want to leave in summer, and the wood fire place creates a romantic ambience for the cooler winter months. Entertaining balconies on the front and rear of the home including a BBQ, ensure there is always a comfortable place to sit with a coffee or a good book.
A modern home featuring security, keyless entry, 5 smart TVs, air-con, and functional office will ensure your stay is comfortable. For those travelling with children we have games, Nintendo switch, pushbikes and subscription TV services. If you don’t fancy making your own coffee with our machine, there are more than 10 cafes out our front door serving breakfast and lunch, and an equal amount of restaurants for dinner. The convenience will mean you feel relaxed and don’t need to drive anywhere.

We are less than 1 km from the working harbour, 4 pristine patrolled Surf beaches, and ~10Kms of waterfront walk/cycle ways exposing the best Newcastle has to offer. Light rail (tram) and direct train services to Sydney are right on our doorstep, our home provides the perfect relaxing base and for a coastal holiday on the doorstep of Australia’s finest locations.
If you are interested in making our home your hub and seeing some more of Australia, the Newcastle Airport (Williamtown) is only 20 minutes from our door with flight access to Melbourne, Brisbane, Byron Bay (Ballina), Gold Coast, Cairns, the Whitsunday islands (Great Barrier Reef), Adelaide, and Auckland New Zealand.
Soak up the beautiful beaches, surf, city, culture, and coffee by day, and sample some of the delicious food and drink on offer by night. The beating heart of the Hunter region, Newcastle blends the best of laid back coastal life, with a city bustling with restaurants, events and nightlife. It is big enough to get lost in and small enough to enjoy on foot.
